في اطار جهودها في نشر الثقافية القانونية نظمت جمعية المحامين البحرينية برعاية كريمة من حسن رضي ومشاركوه للمحاماة حلقة نقاشية حول قانون الوساطة لتسوية المنازعات والقرارات المنفذة، كان ذلك صباح أول أمس الثلاثاء الموافق ٢٠٢٢/١٢/٢٧ الساعة العاشرة صباحا بمركز المؤتمرات بفندق كراون بلازا المنامة
تناولت ثلاثة محاور الاول الوساطة في المسائل المدنية تناوله المحامي أحمد الذكير والثاني الوساطة في المسائل الشرعية تحدث فيه المحامي عبدالله الشملاوي والثالث الوساطة في المسائل الجنائية تحدث فيه المحامي سامي سيادي، كما وألقي خلال الحلقة النقاشية كلا من المحامي الدكتور حسن رضي راعي الحفل والمحامي الاستاذ حسن بديوي رئيس جمعية المحامين البحرينية كلمة ، و ادار الحلقة المحامي الاستاذ/ صلاح المدفع نائب رئيس مجلس ادارة جمعية المحامين البحرينية وقد خرجت الحلقة بعدد من التوصيات سيتم رفعها الى الجهات المختصة.
